Carole Nash Communication Day

To develop and deliver a communications event solution for Carole Nash Insurance within a two week lead time that could present key business updates to the whole workforce without affecting the workings of the business whilst the show is in full swing.

The Carole Nash Communications Day. A two part conference show day that engaged half the company workforce in one event session and half in another and immersed them all in the Carole Nash brand. With updates from key members of the management team and some celebrity brand ambassador sessions thrown in for good measure this made for an engaging day out of the office for the many call centre staff who attended the event. An open style stage managed forum session was also produced as part of the event allowing colleagues to discuss the hot current business topics with the leadership team live on stage.

Outspoken Projects developed the solution from initial site visit and visualised plans through to a fully managed production incorporating content production, technical delivery, room fit out and logistical and crew services for seamless delivery of the activation on the day.
